I've started this blog so that I can share my coaching ideas, insights, questions, and stories. I know that I don't have all the answers, but when I figure something out I want to share it. And, I hope others will share with me what they have learned about coaching. Eventually, I will put these blog posts together into a book on coaching. Let the dialog begin!

ReplyDeleteCoach, Nice job sharing information & ideas. Often times as coaches we learn, see or experience great things and then "sit on them" sharing them only with our group of athletes. Our Country's Programs are gradually moving forward and upward thanks to those coaches (men and women) and athletes who were so devoted that came before us and now the younger/next generations of devoted coaches (like yourself) and athletes continue to gain ground on the "Quest for Excellence" in Cross Country Ski Racing. Congratulations and Best Wishes to you and all your athletes and staff as well as all the other Coaches and Athletes through-out this Country and Canada that are doing such a great job
